She works with Gallagher teams and clients to design holistic strategies to address the total employee value proposition – including all the dimensions of wellbeing, employee engagement, productivity and resiliency.

    Ryan Seals, SPR, brings over 17 years of experience helping companies design and deliver innovative employee benefits programs. He is passionate about finding creative solutions to complex problems that help his clients align business priorities to HR goals while optimizing the employee experience. As Gallagher's Arizona Market Leader, he's responsible for driving strategic growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the communities in which we work across Arizona. Prior to joining Gallagher, Seals held lead consulting roles at international consulting firms including Deloitte, Mercer, and HUB International. He is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and holds degrees in Management Consulting and Entrepreneurship from USC’s Marshall School of Business.

    As Vice President of Health Innovation and Clinical Strategy, Lane Yahchouchi leads a multidisciplinary team partnering with Gallagher’s most innovative clients to deliver data-driven consulting across a vast clinical spectrum. Yahchouchi spearheads thought leadership initiatives focused on healthcare cost mitigation and combines analytic technical expertise with a deep understanding of clinical workflow, enabling stakeholders to quickly identify cost trends and monitor outcomes. She oversees Gallagher’s clinical partnerships and intuitive analytic tool design development that empowers employers to make data driven decisions and enhance member care. She has nearly 15 years of healthcare experience through the lens of a health and benefits consultant and employer healthcare leader for Fortune 500 companies.

    Bryce Craig is a seasoned voluntary benefits consultant with over 15 years of experience helping organizations optimize their employee benefits strategies. Currently based in the Greater Salt Lake City Area, Craig has spent the last 12 years at Gallagher Benefit Services, where he specializes in designing and delivering customized voluntary benefits solutions that align with both employer goals and employee needs. Before joining Gallagher, he spent over seven years at Aflac, where he held roles as both an Independent Agent and Broker Development Coordinator. His time at Aflac laid the foundation for his deep expertise in health insurance, disability coverage, life insurance, and broker relations.
