    Steve Holdridge is President and Chief Operating Officer at Dayforce. Holdridge leads all go-to-market and operations functions globally, including the customer, digital, marketing and communications, revenue, and transformation organizations. Prior to this role, he served as President, Customer and Revenue Operations as well as Chief Customer Officer. Holdridge is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience driving sales and customer experience teams to success. Before joining Dayforce in 2020, he held global leadership roles at leading technology firms including MicroStrategy, Infor, Oracle, and Price Waterhouse. He is a former member of the TSIA (Technology Services Industry Association) Executive Advisory board.
