Clayton Lord
Clayton Lord (Clay, he/him) is the Senior Program Director for the SHRM Foundation, the 501(c)3 philanthropic arm of SHRM, which focuses on widening pathways to work and helping every worker thrive by empowering HR leaders to be forces for social good. In that role, he oversees strategy, planning, program delivery, and program evaluation. He is a social impact executive with expertise in nurturing and evaluating complex initiatives that drive systemic change and expand access and opportunity for all. He lives with his husband and daughter in Maryland.

Alexis Eberth
Alexis Eberth serves as the Senior Manager of North American Apprenticeships and Document Control at Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America. She leads the development and expansion of registered apprenticeship programs, partnering with colleges, universities, industry partners, and community organizations in Kansas and Nevada to advance workforce development initiatives. Currently in the final stages of completing a Ph.D. in Adult Learning and Leadership, her research explores apprenticeship models in the electric vehicle industry.

Jen Worth
Jen Worth serves as Senior Vice President for Academic and Workforce Development for the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC). In this role, Worth oversees projects that partner community colleges with workforce boards, economic development entities, labor market intermediaries, and other community organizations to drive workforce and economic opportunity. Striving to make promising practices into common practices, she interfaces with federal agencies and fosters relationships with foundations and industry partners looking to align talent pipelines from colleges into growing employment sectors.
