    As Chief Human Resources Officer at Quantum Health, Felicia Taylor leads the company’s people and culture strategy, encompassing talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, total rewards, Warrior® services and the overall employee experience.

    Before joining Quantum Health, Felicia served as Chief People Officer at WebPT, a leading healthcare SaaS company, where she guided the organization through global expansion, acquisition integrations and large-scale cultural transformation. Her career also includes executive HR leadership roles at Trintech and RealPage, where she developed scalable talent and engagement strategies that aligned people, purpose, and performance in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

    Throughout her career, Felicia has been recognized for her ability to align human capital strategy with enterprise growth and to foster environments where innovation, equity and well-being thrive. She is passionate about building workplaces where every team member feels valued, supported and inspired to grow — both personally and professionally.

    Lissa Kline, LCSW, is Senior Vice President of Experience and Provider Relations at Progyny, where she leads efforts to deliver exceptional, end-to-end experiences for members, providers, and health plans. Prior to joining Progyny, she spent several years at Columbia University Medical Center in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, where she was involved in Patient Services and the Donor Egg Program and worked closely with patients throughout their fertility treatment journeys. Lissa earned her Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University.

    Jenine Pearson is a total rewards expert and an advocate for thriving workplace environments. As Director of Total Rewards at BioAgilytix, she leads the design and execution of comprehensive benefits programs and compensation strategies that align talent needs with long term business goals. With 20 years of HR experience across biotechnology, insurance, and consumer packaged goods, she is known for her principled, empathetic approach to leadership. Jenine holds a BA in Psychology from Gettysburg College, an MS in Human Resources Management from the New York Institute of Technology, and is SHRM and SPHR certified.
