    Christine Pfeiffer

    Chris Pfeiffer is the Director of Work/Life & Wellbeing under Human Resources for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. She currently leads a team that manages child & adult care, wellbeing programs, service awards and recognition for the 22,000 MSK employees. Work/life & wellbeing benefits have been her focus for over 20 years and she serves on the Advisory Board for the Boston College Center for Work & Family.

    Nicole M.B. Mitchell

    Nicole Mitchell is Chief Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing Officer at Cedars-Sinai, where she provides strategic leadership across four key areas: Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Experience, Work and Life Matters, and the Next Generation Healthcare Pathways programs. Her work focuses on building inclusive, values-driven systems where people can thrive — both inside and outside of the workplace.

    Driven by her passion for creating space for community, Nicole excels at developing programs and cultures where connection, wellbeing, and purpose intersect. Her career includes inclusion and corporate social responsibility leadership roles at Kia Motors America and Honda Manufacturing of Indiana, and she has developed multifaceted strategies across human resources, employee engagement, philanthropy, communications, and supplier diversity.

    Nicole holds an MBA from Cleveland State University, a BA from Baldwin Wallace University, and is a Certified Diversity Professional through the National Diversity Council. She is also a published co-author on healthcare subjects and a frequent speaker known for blending practical strategy with meaningful impact.

    Terri Kowalczyk is the Vice President Global Enterprise Partnerships at Bright Horizons. She utilizes her 25 years of family care benefits expertise to support the country’s leading healthcare providers. She and her team consult with HR and benefits leaders at hospitals and health systems to maximize the employee engagement with their tailored Bright Horizons family care and education benefits, serving the unique needs of each organization and their workforce.

    A trusted speaker on the healthcare and family care benefits landscape, she discusses strategies for evolving and expanding the role of creative benefit programs in attracting and retaining staff.

    Terri completed her master’s coursework at the University of Illinois in Human and Community Development and holds a BA from Michigan State University.
