Blue-Collar Hiring Blues




​Blue-collar jobs often pay decently. They can come with healthy benefits. Workers for these jobs are in high demand. Yet companies are finding it increasingly difficult to find people to fill these jobs, which means they are forced to pay higher wages to secure such workers, forced to hire people from outside the U.S. or forced to move their operations overseas, where blue-collar workers are more plentiful.
