As employee expectations evolve, benefit strategies must too. This is especially true for organizations looking to stay competitive and retain talent. In this webinar, we’ll explore key trends influencing the benefits landscape and how employers can respond with offerings that deliver real impact. Drawing on the latest findings from LIMRA’s Benefits and Employee Attitude Tracker (BEAT) study, we’ll highlight what today’s workforce values in their benefits, how they prefer to access them and the ways they want to engage throughout the experience. We’ll also look at how the enrollment experience is evolving — and why blending digital tools with personal support can better meet employee needs and reduce administrative strain.
Attendees will walk away with practical insights to align offerings with employee priorities, simplify the enrollment experience and ensure everyone gets the coverage they need. You'll also learn how to partner more strategically with your benefits provider to ease administrative burdens and unlock more value from your programs.
