Lauraine Bifulco has 35 years of HR experience. In 1994, she started Vantaggio HR, whose staff provides human resource consulting and outsourcing to companies of all sizes across all industries in the US. Passionate about HR and training, she has been a speaker at the SHRM national conference for over 13 years running, has spoken at numerous SHRM state conferences and national employment law forums, and is a regular speaker at a number of other local and national HR conferences. Recognized as an HR compliance expert, she is often asked to co-speak with prominent employment attorneys. Lauraine combines a talent for understanding the day-to-day needs of HR management with big-picture business operational objectives. She received a bachelor's degree from Wellesley College and conducted graduate-level studies at the Sorbonne in Paris. She is a founding member of one of the Orange County chapters of the Women’s Presidents Organization, a board member of Professionals In Human Resources Association (PIHRA), and has served for many years on the board of the California Small Business Association where she also chairs a committee on Labor Issues.
