John is an experienced business leader and management consultant with over 20 years in the Human Capital and Talent Development industry. He currently serves as President of LHH's Career Transition & Mobility and Leadership Development business, responsible for leading the strategy direction of the business and driving revenue growth and profitability goals.
Preceding his current role, John spent three years as global Chief Operating Officer for LHH, and helped to grow revenue to all time highs.
His professional journey began at Stromberg Consulting (Omnicom), where he led significant human capital solutions for Fortune 500 companies in diverse sectors including Pharmaceutical, Retail, Financial Services, and Professional Services.
John holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University, and an Executive MBA certificate and Executive Leadership certificate from INSEAD Business School in France.
