April Simpkins, SHRM-CP, PHR, is an HR professional and the Chief Human Resources Officer at Questco, a fast-growing national company that provides HR services to small and mid-sized companies. In addition to an extensive career in human resources, April is a mental health advocate and an ambassador for the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI). She holds certifications in QPR Suicide Prevention Training, Mental Health First Aid, and Emotional CPR. In 2024 April co-authored a New York Times Best Seller with her daughter, Cheslie Kryst.
