Different personalities thrive in different working environments

Have you ever questioned if your work environment suits your personality?

According to John Holland’s theory of career choice, people identify with one or more of the following six workplace personality types: realistic, investigative, artistic, social, enterprising, and conventional. Most people have a combination of these personality types—like social-enterprising or conventional-realistic. According to Holland, people who are the most successful and fulfilled in their careers tend to work in an environment compatible with their workplace personality type.
