SHRM and Gap International partnered to study what factors related to organizational and employee resilience during the pandemic.

Resilience is key for organizations to overcome and succeed in the face of adversity, and essential for long-term effectiveness and growth. But what factors contribute to organizational and employee resilience? Taking a multi-level (organization and individual) perspective, SHRM Research and Gap International surveyed 620 senior leaders and over 1,000 full-time employees at the individual contributor level to answer that question. The findings show several actionable learnings for facilitating organizational and employee resilience.
