Prescription Drug Data Collection Report Due (6/1/24)


The Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 requires insurance carriers and self-insured health plans to submit information to CMS about spending on medical treatment, which includes spending on prescription drugs. Reporting for calendar year 2023 will be due on June 1, 2024.
