    Matthew J. Daniel is Sr. Principal of Talent Strategy at Guild, where he provides analysis of industry trends and advises Guild leaders on its solution strategy. He also advises HR leaders from Guild’s existing and prospective employer partners on workforce transformation, skilling, career pathways, mobility, and equity.

    Mat Frenz has spent 15 years designing products that help people unlock economic opportunity—starting with educational games at GlassLab, then building strategies for higher ed and workforce innovators at Entangled Solutions, and now at Guild. His work sits at the intersection of motivation, coordination, and systems design. He leads design on Guild's product expansion team, most recently leading design for Guild Navigator, a new solution that moves learners from frontline roles into high demand licensed and certified roles through customized journey planning and management with structured guidance and support.

    Kathi Enderes is the Senior Vice President of Research and Global Industry Analyst at The Josh Bersin Company, supporting clients and the market with evidence-based insights on all areas of HR, Learning, Talent and Workforce, Analytics and AI, and HR Technology. Kathi has more than 25 years global leadership experience from management consulting with Deloitte, IBM, PwC, and EY, and as a talent leader at McKesson and Kaiser Permanente. She is a frequent keynote speaker, author, and thought leader. Originally from Austria, Kathi has worked in Vienna, London, San Francisco, and Spain and now lives in Palo Alto, California. Her passion is to make work better and more meaningful. Kathi holds a doctoral degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in mathematics from the University of Vienna, Austria.
